The Team NY Cardinals will be holding an "intensive" clinic to prepare baseball players with various abilities for the upcoming 2012 season.

ALL INSTRUCTORS HAVE PROFESSIONAL AND/OR COLLEGE LEVEL EXPERIENCE

• Charlie Foster - Strength and Conditioning Guru, Assistant Head Coach: Junior Team
  
• Craig Everett - Head Coach, Concordia College
  
• Rich Kashdan - Head Coach, Queensborough Community College, Former Recommending Scout, Cincinnati Reds
  
• Barry Silverstein - Head Coach: Senior Cardinals Head Coach: College Team
  
• Jaime Adams - Head Coach: Freshman Cardinals

DATES:

• January 8, 15, 22, 29
• February 5

Pitching/Catching Session: 9:30 - 11:30 AM
Offense/Defense 12:00 - 2:00 PM

• Quality, small group instruction will be given on pitching, hitting, running, throwing, bunting, mental aspects, strength/conditioning and mental aspects
  
• Batting cage on premises
  
• College coaches and scouts will be invited to observe workouts for appropriate age groups
• College preparation classes will take place in between the AM and PM sessions
• The Team NY Cardinals is looking for Freshman, Sophomore, Junior, and Senior Teams
